If a match is canceled, we will refund all fees paid by users for the affected matches within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or as a credit to your Tencricplay account, depending on the nature of the transaction and our internal policies.

Restrictions on Game Room Participation

To ensure fairness and integrity in our games, users are strictly prohibited from joining game rooms after a match related to the game room has started. This restriction helps prevent any potential advantages or disadvantages and maintains a level playing field for all participants. If you attempt to join a game room after the match has begun, you will be denied access, and no fees will be refunded for any attempted participation.

Handling of Refund Requests

If you need to request a refund due to an error or match cancellation, please provide detailed information regarding your request. This should include transaction details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. Our support team will process your request and update you on the status as soon as possible. We strive to handle all requests efficiently and will notify you once your refund has been approved and processed.
